Benefits & Income Stability Specialist (SOAR)
Fifth Street Ministries is seeking a compassionate, organized, and persistent professional to join our PATH Street Outreach Team as a Benefits & Income Stability Specialist (SOAR).
This 30-hour-per-week position helps individuals experiencing homelessness access SSI/SSDI, Medicaid, SNAP, Veteran benefits, healthcare coverage, and other resources that support long-term stability and independence.
Candidates should have experience with public benefits or related human services, strong documentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems while treating every client with dignity and respect.
