Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
- Oversee night audit processes, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy of hotel records
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine patrols, and controlling access to the property during overnight shifts
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for all visitors
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit duties
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems required
- Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting principles for night audits is preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert during overnight shifts; comfortable working independently in a secure environment
- Previous experience in resort or hotel settings will be considered an asset
