About the Role:
We are seeking an Advanced Machine Assembler with strong mechanical and automotive experience to join our team. This position involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment used in surface treatment and metal finishing. The ideal candidate has a background in hands-on mechanical work, automotive systems, or industrial machinery, with the ability to read technical drawings and perform precision assembly. This position will also receive and deliver parts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble machinery, and mechanical systems according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assembled products to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and modifications as needed to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies.
- Document assembly processes, test results, and quality checks as required.
- Receive and deliver parts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in machine assembly and/or automotive repair or manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with assembly tools, equipment, and measuring devices.
- Knowledge of automotive systems (engines, transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulics, or pneumatics) is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective actions.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production and workshop setting.
- Required to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
