Responsibilities:

Patrol and inspect sites (foot & vehicle)

Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism

Respond to alarms and incidents

Enforce policies

Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur

Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members

Prepare daily reports

Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property at all times

Collaborate with law enforcement
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Clean background check – NO felonies or violent misdemeanors

Driver’s license or State I.D. + reliable transportation

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
