As a PCA or CNA you will provide quality care by promoting a safe environment, adhering to the plan of care and ensuring we respect and adhere to our client’s rights.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Follow individualized care plans
Observe and report changes in client condition
Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality
Active CNA license (for CNA applicants) or PCA training/experience
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and health requirements
