As a Verizon Account Associate, you'll work directly with homeowners, manage customer relationships, support account growth, and contribute to overall sales performance through meaningful customer interactions.

Your day-to-day as a Verizon Account Associate:
- Build and maintain customer accounts through ongoing relationship management and personalized support
- Meet directly with residential customers to discuss their communication needs and recommend Frontier solutions
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying service upgrades, additional offerings, and account growth opportunities
- Conduct follow-up conversations with former, current, and prospective customers to strengthen relationships and support sales objectives
- Manage account activity and customer information accurately and professionally
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience and protecting long-term account value
- Participate in Verizon Account Associate training focused on customer relations, account development, and sales strategies
- Support team sales goals while delivering exceptional account management service
Ideal skills and experience of a Verizon Account Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in customer service, account management, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face environments
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented when managing accounts and customer information
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, business, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Motivated to develop professionally and contribute to Verizon Account Associate team sales success
