Position: Full & part time available
Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Ted’s has been serving up charcoal grilled classics to WNY since 1927. Today, nearly a century after establishing the first store, the business has grown to seven locations across Western New York, one location in Tempe, Arizona, and our soon to be opened Chandler, AZ location. The principles established by Ted in 1927, continue as our cornerstone today. We strive to serve the highest quality food, cooked to order in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Even better, we cook over open fire. While others shy away from real charcoal, we embrace it.
Job Summary:
Crew Members learn and perform essential duties in many different areas within our restaurant locations, including cashing customers, dressing dogs like a pro, learning how to grill, and frying- all while providing our signature Ted's fast and friendly customer experience. We are a locally owned, family owned and operated business that takes pride in both employing and serving members of our local communities, at a high level. Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- The ability to read, write and comprehend instruction is necessary.
- Basic math skills, and problem solving
- Basic computer skills are required in order to operate the POS (cash register) systems.
Physical Demands:
- This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to reach, lift, and manipulate objects
- There is likely to be extensive lifting of supplies and materials and moderate to loud noise.
- There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the work day.
