Location: Searcy, AR/ 2711 E Race Ave
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Commission (earnings potential based on performance)
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage customers with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Promote and sell our Unlimited Car Wash Memberships
- Help customers understand the benefits of our services
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a fun, team-focused environment
- Represent our brand with professionalism and energy
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable personality who loves talking to people
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Someone who’s self-motivated and competitive—you love a challenge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
