Seeking a full time pastry sous chef to work alongside and collaborate with aclaimed Chef's Alison and Mark Sullivan in the newly opened Savoie Restauraunt, located in the heart of Tahoe City California. This is a dynamic postion with opportunity to be mentored by industry veterans in classic and modern patisserie, laminated doughs, fermentation, chocolate work, and refined plated desserts.
