As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your training will cover everything, arming you with the knowledge to explain why Fios internet outperforms and why their TV bundles offer unmatched variety. The Entry Level Sales Representative then turns Verizon Fios into the hottest topic in every customer they visit, guiding them toward a future-ready connectivity experience with fiber internet.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- Guide customers in person through available Verizon packages, promotions, and service options, helping them make informed purchasing decisions with confidence.
- Maintain strong customer relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction, service adoption, sales opportunities, and long-term sales success.
- Develop expertise in Verizon products, current offers, and service enhancements to strengthen customer acquisition.
- Consistently contribute to sales objectives by creating meaningful customer experiences that generate quality sales opportunities.
- Conduct personalized needs assessments to identify customer priorities and recommend Verizon Fios solutions that deliver lasting value.
- Drive sales performance through sales interactions focused on understanding customer goals and presenting relevant service recommendations.
