Seasonal Production Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
Production Execution
- Ensure all décor elements for assigned projects are produced, completed, labeled accurately, and packaged correctly to company standards.
- Document all refurbishment and new production notes.
- Update and verify all box counts and packaging requirements, including packing lists.
- Adhere to the Production Schedule and meet deadlines for assigned projects.
- Monitor and record production timing and labor.
- Hold responsibility for assignments and maintain production statuses across all systems.
- Communicate across departments to attain necessary information for production execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Staff/Building Management
- Train staff in policies, procedures, and work expectations, and enforce accordingly.
- Remain accountable for each crew member’s whereabouts and activities.
- Troubleshoot minor personnel issues.
- Maintain high standards in quality of work.
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace.
- Take initiative on the floor to identify and tackle tasks that need to be completed.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3+ Years in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Excellent Time Management Skills - Proven ability to remain proactive and ahead of schedule
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong Problem Solving/Multi-Tasking Skills
- Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal
- Proven ability to work in collaborative environment
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
Physical Requirements
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
