The Supply Chain Solutions Executive is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for developing and closing end-to-end supply chain solutions, with particular emphasis on contract logistics and warehousing. The position works directly with customers, Operations, technology teams, and external partners to design solutions, structure commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and implement complex logistics opportunities.

Identify, develop, and close new supply chain business, particularly contract logistics and warehousing opportunities.

Develop solutions across warehousing, distribution, transportation, brokerage, freight forwarding, and value-added services.

Lead customer site visits, discovery meetings, and solution-design workshops.

Translate customer requirements into proposals, pricing models, implementation plans, and operational solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms with warehouse landlords, subcontractors, carriers, 3PL/4PL partners, and technology vendors.

Build senior-level customer relationships and drive account growth, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.

Collaborate with Operations on warehouse layouts, processes, staffing, cost models, WMS requirements, and KPIs.

Partner with technology and innovation teams on digital and data-driven supply chain solutions.

Manage sales pipeline activity, forecasting, KPIs, pricing, contracts, and deal-related risk.

Share supply chain expertise and best practices with sales and business development teams.

8+ years of progressive, hands-on supply chain sales, business development, or consulting experience.

Demonstrated success personally sourcing and closing warehousing/contract logistics business.

In-depth practical knowledge of warehouse operations design and execution, including layout, processes, staffing models, cost modeling, WMS, and KPIs.

Experience negotiating directly with warehouse landlords, subcontractors, carriers, and/or technology vendors.

Strong negotiation, deal-structuring, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with C-level and senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams.

Broad knowledge of OTR distribution and transportation.

Ability to independently lead customer discovery, site visits, solution development, and proposals.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.

Bachelor's degree.

International freight forwarding experience.

Hands-on warehouse solution-design experience in collaboration with Operations.

Previous people-management experience.
This is an expert-level individual contributor position rather than a sales team management role. Approximately 30% travel is required, including customer and warehouse site visits.
