Home Again Design Build is a residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, custom cabinetry, and finish work.
We are looking for an experienced carpenter’s apprentice / remodeling helper to join our team.
We’re looking for someone with some construction experience who wants to grow into a well-rounded carpenter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition and jobsite preparation
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain clean, safe, professional jobsites
- Assist with framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and finish work
- Help with cabinet and built-in installations
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Set up and clean up work areas
- Protect finished surfaces in clients’ homes
- Support the lead carpenter with daily tasks
- Learn remodeling sequencing and quality standards

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic hand and power tool experience
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in occupied homes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- 1–3+ years construction or remodeling experience
- Experience with trim, drywall, framing, flooring, cabinetry, or finish work
- Trade school or vocational experience
- Own basic hand tools
