Providing non-medical in-home healthcare in the privacy of a client’s home or Assisted Living Facility, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Role Overview:
As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands - Chester County, you will be responsible for providing personalized non-medical support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for the elderly and disabled, helping them maintain their dignity and independence. You will be working on-site in Exton, Coatesville, West Chester, and other surrounding areas. Ensuring our clients receive compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help with meal preparation and household tasks as needed.

Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.

Collaborate with our team to ensure personalized care plans are effectively implemented.
Qualifications:
You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Excellent communication skills, especially in English.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.
Bonus If You:
- Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.

Hold additional training in a relevant caregiving field.

Are bilingual, able to communicate in languages other than English.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only. Looking for compassionate caregivers in the Exton, Coatesville, West Chester area.
