We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Bilingual Cashier / Sales Associate who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
Handle high-volume customer traffic while maintaining excellent service.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
Assist with general store operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Previous cashier or retail sales experience preferred.
Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.
