We are a growing Vacation Rental & Real Estate Brokerage focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a strong, trustworthy presence in our market. We represent a portfolio of high performing luxury properties and are looking for a LOCAL creative, organized person with a great understanding of the social media world we live in.
Position: Social Media posting, Content collector
Type: Full-Time
Location: In Person and some remote BUT MUST be Local to Anna Maria Island
What You’ll Do:
- Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, blog posts, and email newsletters.
- Help with marketing strategy to increase bookings, brand visibility, and guest engagement.
- Assist and help Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Admin responsibilities to respond to comments and engage with potential guests and clients across platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers
- Attend local events for local engagement and gather content
Who We’re Looking For:
- A creative storyteller with excellent writing and visual communication skills.
- Someone who understands the vacation rental/short-term rental industry (Airbnb/VRBO experience is a big plus).
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines, scheduling, and brand consistency.
- Experience with Canva, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
- Bonus: SEO knowledge, paid ad management experience, or hospitality background.
