Position Summary
The Lead, RREWs role supports warehouse operations by coordinating workflows, monitoring quality and inventory integrity, and supporting associate engagement. This position provides day-to-day task leadership on the floor to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while meeting business and customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support associate engagement through training, cross-functional collaboration, and teamwork.

Provide day-to-day task leadership for associates on shift, including assigning work and providing real-time coaching and feedback.

Monitor work plans, workloads, and progress to ensure deadlines, productivity, and quality standards are met.

Identify and resolve delays or operational issues to maintain schedule adherence.

Perform quality assurance and inventory integrity functions such as slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, audits, and process validation.

Manage exceptions including damages, strays, outside storage, close-date product tracking and reporting, and hazardous material processing.

Ensure inventory accuracy for inbound receipts and outbound shipments to internal and external customers.

Lead the implementation and execution of quality assurance guidelines and inventory control programs.

Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with managers and coworkers to develop and implement process improvements.

Demonstrate and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including use of the Open Door Policy.

Assist management with identifying and addressing ethical, safety, and compliance issues.

Support associates through change, new processes, and evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or distribution operations.

Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, solve operational problems, and adapt to change.

Working knowledge of inventory systems, quality audits, and warehouse safety practices.
Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand and walk for extended period of time

Frequently required to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach below the knees
-
Must be able to visually inspect equipment, read small print, and verify information on screens and labels

Requires the ability to hear and communicate effectively in environments with elevated noise levels

Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed, including but not limited to protective footwear, eye protection, and fall protection
Work Environment

Work performed primarily in warehouse, distribution, or operational facility environments

Exposure to varying temperatures, including extreme heat or cold, and wet, damp, or drafty conditions

Work around moving equipment vehicles
