As our operations continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced, highly analytical professional to join our team and help manage our daily financial operations.
About the Role In this role, you will support core accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of our financial records while directly supporting our business growth. While a formal degree is not required, you must have proven, hands-on accounting experience and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-heavy environment is a significant advantage.
Core Responsibilities
- Ledger Management: Oversee day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and ledger accounts to maintain meticulous data integrity.
- Specialized Accounting: Track, analyze, and process warranty claims and related financial adjustments.
- Inventory Control: Monitor manufacturing costs, track inventory valuation for high-volume mobile power components, and reconcile physical inventory counts.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare routine financial reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills with a sharp eye for identifying financial trends, discrepancies, and operational efficiencies.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience in manufacturing, physical inventory control, or warranty accounting will put you at the top of the list.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of autonomous problem-solving.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
