Sparkly Housekeepers is a locally owned residential cleaning company proudly serving families throughout Dane, Rock, Sauk, and Green Counties. We are looking for dependable, positive, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in providing exceptional service and enjoy making a difference in people's homes.
No professional cleaning experience? That's okay! We provide paid training and opportunities to advance through our certification program.
What You'll Do
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and other common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and detail homes
- Follow company cleaning systems and quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work independently and with a team
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
Pay & Career Growth
Starting Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour
Your starting wage is determined by experience, interview performance, work assessment, and overall qualifications.
Premium Service Pay
Earn additional hourly pay when working premium cleaning services.
During Certification Training
- Initial Cleaning Training: +$0.50/hour
- Move-In/Move-Out Training: +$0.75/hour
After Company Certification
- Initial Cleaning Certified: +$0.75/hour
- Move-In/Move-Out Certified: +$1.50/hour
Premium pay applies only to hours worked on qualifying services.

Driver Cleaning TechnicianRequirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle

- Clean driving record

Non-Driver Cleaning TechnicianRequirements
- Reliable transportation to the company meeting location in Fitchburg
- Ability to pass a background check
Non-driver technicians begin and end each workday at our Fitchburg meeting location and ride with a company-approved driver to client homes.
