About GetHealthy
GetHealthy is the operating system for personalized health commerce. We help functional medicine practitioners and wellness brands grow their practices through tools that combine dispensary, store, and AI-powered fulfillment. We are a lean, fast-moving team based out of Austin, and we work primarily remote.
Job Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing engine on a part-time basis. This is a 1099 contractor engagement at roughly 25 hours a week. It's well-suited to someone who runs multiple clients or wants a steady, async-friendly part-time engagement alongside other work.
This is a hands-on role, but it is also a role with real room to grow. The person who steps in will start by reliably running our existing calendar and content systems. Over the next 6 to 12 months, the right person will take on more ownership in copywriting, content direction, brand partner management, and HubSpot workflow. We are not looking for someone who just wants to push content through a pipeline. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a more strategic marketing role and treats this engagement as a real career step.
Responsibilities
- Email & social execution: Build and schedule 4-5 emails and 4-5 social posts per week in HubSpot. Use existing templates and adjust for each send.
- Blog production: Produce 9-10 blogs per month in Squarespace, working from AI-assisted drafts. Edit, format, and publish to a clean, polished standard.
- Podcast support: Edit biweekly podcast episodes using our existing templates (cleanup only, no hosting/distribution work).
- Course uploads: Upload and organize content in Thinkific, primarily in bursts around launches.
- Brand partner coordination: Manage end-to-end execution with 2 brand partners per month, including asset request, content adaptation, and scheduling. Partnerships are pre-initiated by our team; you own execution.
- Light asset creation: Adjust existing templates in Canva for social, email, and supporting content. No original design required.
- Operational support: Handle occasional admin tasks (travel coordination, ad hoc requests, inbox triage) that keep the marketing function moving.
What We're Looking For
- HubSpot fluency: Direct experience building and scheduling emails and social in HubSpot. This is the highest priority.
- Strong AI editing skills: We use AI for first drafts on blogs and other content. The right person can take an AI draft and edit it to a publishable standard quickly and cleanly. This is not the same as writing from scratch; it is a specific skill.
- Detail orientation: Things go out clean. Typos get caught. Links work. The right person notices the small things.
- Multi-tool comfort: You can move across HubSpot, Squarespace, Canva, Thinkific, and basic audio editing without dropping things. Experience with any of these specifically is a plus.
- Self-direction: You can own a weekly calendar without close supervision. You ask good questions early and surface issues before they become problems.
- Professional communication: You can run external brand partner conversations cleanly via email.
- Growth mindset: You are not looking for a role to coast in. You want to build a career in marketing and you see this as a real step in that direction.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or with practitioner audiences
- Prior brand partner or co-marketing workflow experience
- Light podcast editing experience
- Thinkific or other LMS experience
Where this role can grow
We are explicit about growth because we want someone who will lean into it. Over your first 6 to 12 months with us, there are clear paths to expand your scope:
- Copywriting ownership: Move from editing AI drafts to writing in our voice. The person who can do this well unlocks meaningful time on our marketing director's calendar.
- Content direction input: Contribute to the calendar and content planning, not just execute it. We want your ideas.
- Brand partner relationship management: Take more autonomy with brand contacts as you build trust with our team and theirs.
- HubSpot workflow ownership: Grow into segmentation, list management, and automation work, not just production.
Pay: $26.00 per hour
