JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse- Primary to Physician
DEPARTMENT: Clinic Services
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
A nonexempt position that provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices and works closely with physician to ensure quality care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatment, examination and testing of patients.
- Observes, records and reports patient’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians.

Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information. Charts test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing standards.
- Maintains patient confidentiality

Other duties as assigned by supervision
PAY RANGE: $38-45/hr to start (dependent upon experience and education)

Education: Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
Certificate/License: Possession of current Alaska State Registered Nurse license, current CPR certification. Current ACLS certification preferred.
