Job Duties:
- Lead and manage bakers during your shift
- Float around the store and help where needed
- Train new bakers on stations
- Open and close the store ( depending on your shift )
- Cash Deposits
- Greet customers
- Answer questions about the cookies
- Make cookie recommendations
- Work the cash register to accept orders and payments
- Make and decorate the world's best cookies
- And above all else, provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Baking experience preferred
- Early morning, Day, Midday and Night Bakers needed!
- Physical Setting: Bakery
- Typical Shift Length: 8 hour shift ( can vary )
Work Availability:
2pm-10:30pm [Monday - Thursday]
3:45pm - 12:30am[Friday & Saturday]

Holidays - We are open and working most holidays, Except for Christmas & New years day. However, we close early on certain holidays to make sure you can enjoy it with your friends and family.
To be Successful:
We are searching for lead shifts who want to help provide high-quality baked cookies and service in an efficient, professional manner.
The Shift Leads role is vital. You must; understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance our cookies presentation, and process orders from customers.
As a shift lead, you will manage employees, answer questions, train, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for excellence are necessary for success in this role. Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Q: How many hours a week am I going to be working?
A: It Depends on your availability. Tell us what you need and we can try to make it work.
Q: Do I have to work weekends?
A: All Employees are required to work at least two saturday shifts a month, we try our best to rotate and make it fair.
Q: Do I get to keep my tips?
A: Absolutely! Your tips are automatically paid to you on your paycheck. We pool all the tips earned that week, then split them amongst the team on how many hours you worked that week.
Q: How good are the cookies?
