Overview of Responsibilities: Administer, configure, maintain, and support real estate lending systems to ensure reliable and efficient day-to-day operations. Provides technical support, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user administration activities while maintaining system integrity, data accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Serves as real estate lending systems subject matter expert for end users and supports system enhancements, implementations, and projects related to real estate lending systems.
- Systems Operations and Support: Monitors real estate lending system performance, workflows, and data integrity to support efficient day-to-day operations and a positive member experience. Maintains system documentation, administrative procedures, and configuration settings. Supports implementation of approved system enhancements and process improvements. Stays current on industry advances, system administration guidelines, and regulatory requirements to support operational effectiveness and system stability. Identifies system issues, operational inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities and escalates as appropriate.
- Lending System Administration and Configuration: Administers real estate lending systems, business intelligence analytics, third party vendors, and affiliated services to an efficient, scalable, and effective lending environment that supports a modern digital mortgage experience. Administer user profiles, security permissions, business rules, workflow progression, regulatory compliance updates, document generation libraries, custom loan documents, and eFolder settings. Monitor vendor integrations and interfaces to ensure proper functionality and coordinates issue resolution with vendors, IT, and business partners. Supports system upgrades, releases, testing, deployment activities, and end user training by preparing documentation, executing test plans, and validating system functionality.
- Reporting, Administration & Process Automation: Creates, maintains, and distributes recurring and ad-hoc reports that support business needs, decision making, and operational efficiency. Monitors reporting accuracy, data integrity, system-generated outputs to ensure reliability of information. Maintains scheduled reporting processes and support automation activities within real estate lending systems. Assists business stakeholders with reporting request, data validation, and troubleshooting related reporting issues.
- Project Implementation and Compliance Support: Supports corporate projects involving real estate lending systems, system enhancements, and operational process improvements. Assists with gathering business needs, documenting system requirements, executing test plans, and supporting implementation activities. Maintains documentation related to system changes, configurations, and procedures. Supports compliance with applicable regulations, internal controls, and organizational standards by monitoring system activities, identifying potential issues, and escalating potential risks or concerns to appropriate stakeholders. Assists with user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support activities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of real estate lending end-to-end analysis experience, including:
o Requirements gathering and documentation,
o Data analytics and planning
o Systems coordination and process improvements
- Certification in Encompass Administration, ICE Developer Connect Certification preferred.
- Experience using Encompass and its interfaces, VB.net, C#, FICS Mortgage Servicer, Symitar, MS Visio, MS Excel, or SQL preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Encompass functionality and ability to coach end-users on how to utilize it effectively. Experience in configuration of all areas of Encompass settings including personas, user groups, eFolder, loan templates, reports, input form builder and all types of business rules. Strong understanding of loan lifecycle.
Working Conditions:
- Office and branch location environment with little discomfort from noise, extreme temperature, dust, or other factors.
- Occasionally required to travel throughout MSGCU's service area as business needs require.
- Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, such as robbery. Receives detailed instructions and security procedures on an annual basis to minimize risk.
- This work involves sitting most of the time with brief periods of walking or standing and may occasionally require lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salaries are just the starting point for MSGCU team members. Generous health benefits, vacation time, retirement plan contributions and discounts on loans and phone service also come with the job.
- Base salary starts at $72,000 / year

- If you are at least 21 years old, you will receive a 3% contribution from MSGCU, and a 100% match for the next 7% you contribute to your 401(k)
- You will enjoy 12 paid holidays and up to 120 hours of PTO your first year of service (pro-rated based on start date)
