Job Summary:
A Caring Heart Case Management is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a group home setting. The DSP will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and community engagement while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience

About This Position – Habilitation Technician:
All training will be provided by A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc.
Our direct support services help individuals learn, retain, or improve skills toward becoming independent.
Skill-building areas include self-care, household maintenance, communication skills, money management, community inclusion, mobility, employment, and self-regulation.
Services are provided in the home, community, and day programs.
