Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company goals

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners

Analyze sales data and trends to uncover new growth opportunities

Assist and coordinate NHOP activities

Maintain standardized sales policies and procedures

Manage LNR Accounts & Groups effectively
-
Establish and nurture relationships with each CVB and Chamber
-
Ensure Monthly Action Plans are executed by Sales Associates
Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record in sales with consistent achievement of targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Willingness to perform overnight travel

Strong knowledge of all local areas

High school degree or equivalent
