Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain strong guest service scores
- Drive financial performance by achieving budget targets
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and service excellence
- Maintain compliance with IHG brand standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel departments
- Monitor and manage labor costs, departmental expenses, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with the sales team to grow market share
- Lead daily operations while maintaining a visible presence throughout the hotel
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience (IHG brand experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on operational environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Proven track record of improving and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores
