We’re hiring an RBT to work with clients throughout Lauderdale Lakes and nearby areas.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct one-on-one support to clients, helping them build essential life skills and promote positive behaviors. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in improving each client’s quality of life and progress toward their goals.
This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and eager to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in ABA or working with individuals with developmental needs is helpful but not required. Dedication and empathy matter most.
>> Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions under the direction of a BCBA.
- Record accurate data to track behavioral and skill progress.
- Follow behavior intervention plans to support treatment goals.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, caregivers, and other team members.
- Maintain all required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards at all times.

Children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD.
Services are delivered in-home, at school, or in the community.
>> Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Work Authorization (Required)
- Fluent English (Required)
