We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our healthcare construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large scale healthcare construction projects from conception to completion. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, and the chance to make a significant impact on the success of company.
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, from initial conception to completion.

Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.

Lead contract administration and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Utilize Bluebeam for project management tasks, including document management and collaboration.

Manage construction activities, coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution and operational efficiency.

Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Regularly report on project status, progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare construction industry.

Proven experience in annual budgeting and forecasting, budgeting and cost control, contract administration, procurement, and construction management.

Proficiency in Bluebeam and other project management software.

Strong strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and cost control processes.

Experience in risk management, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
-
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
