We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and dependable Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for patients
- Assist patients from the lobby to the clinic area and prepare treatment areas and equipment before and after patient sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
- Assist with patient intake as assigned
- Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and clinic areas
- Perform laundry tasks and stock treatment tables
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory as needed
- Assist the Physical Therapist as directed with patient care
- Monitor Wellness members during exercises and communicate concerns to a therapist
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling assistance and answering phones as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with light lifting throughout the workday
