General Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Hands-On Maintenance & Repairs)
- Perform general framing work using both wood and metal studs
- Hang, tape, and finish drywall repairs and small remodel work
- Replace ceiling tiles and grid systems as needed
- Handle
interior painting, including walls, doors, frames, and trim
- Complete basic carpentry tasks such as installing blocking/backing
- Set door frames, hang doors, and install/adjust hardware
- Perform minor repairs and hot patches to maintain finished spaces
- Assist with cabinet removal and replacement (experience a plus, not required)
Work Requirements
- Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
- Follow OSHA safety practices on all job sites
- Comfortable working independently or with a crew
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to travel overnight on occasion
