Key Responsibilities:
- Complete verifications and identify issues on loan documents and customer data for partners
- Review new credit application submissions
- Complete follow up communications for application pipeline
- Gather and review all necessary documentation for credit application submissions
- Review requested documentation received an follow up in the event of discrepancies or omitted data
- Ensure loan packages are complete, compliant, and reflect proper approval
- Verifies information on the credit application pertaining to employment, residence, and credit history
- Perform phone clears with customers after completion of their project and set up one time or automatic payments
- Use documentation to perform functions, such as calculating verified income or verifying assets, and update CRM
- Assist credit processing team, underwriters and funding departments, as needed
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries
- Knowledge of regulatory lending laws and requirements
- Maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge
- Ensure KPIs and deadlines are met, set forth by the department manager
- Maintain quality and data integrity of all credit applications and loans
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong phone and computer skills
- 1-3 years of loan processing experience
- Attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and urgency
