This is a physical, fast-paced job where no two days are the same.
This is a customer-facing role—great service is just as important as the work itself.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean interior & exterior windows (residential + commercial)
- Power wash siding, patios, and driveways
- Clean screens, tracks, and gutters
- Use ladders and water-fed poles (we train you)
- Talk with customers and provide great service
- Work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Keep your van and equipment clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and on time
- Takes pride in doing things right
- Friendly and comfortable talking to customers
- Team player with a good attitude
- Comfortable with physical work and being outdoors
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Pay & Perks:
- $17–$22+/hr typical earnings once trained
- Bonuses + commission opportunities
