About Us: Best Brains iMonroe, Franklin Park and Colonia NJ centers are looking for an enthusiastic Robotics Coach to lead our FIRST® LEGO® League teams!
What You Will Do:
- Teach & Guide: Lead students (ages 6-10 and 9-16) through the engineering design process using LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential and Prime.
- Coach Coding: Teach block-based coding (similar to Scratch) to help students program autonomous robots.
- Mentor: Help students develop teamwork, research skills, and confidence as they prepare for regional competitions.
- Manage: Keep the class organized, manage LEGO inventory, and communicate progress to parents.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, or coaching).
- Familiarity with LEGO® Robotics, coding (Scratch/Python), or general STEM concepts is a huge plus.
- Patience, energy, and a passion for technology.
- Ability to work [4-5 Hours/Week - weekday evenings and weekends].
