Responsibilities of the SMT Set-Up Operator
- Load electronic components into a variety of machine placement feeders
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of feeders
- Provide manufacturing technical support
- Assist the machine operators when problems arise
- Perform the work necessary to maintain the equipment
Requirements of the SMT Set-Up Operator
Good counting skills
- Understand manufacturing documentation
- Ability to recognize various electronic components and understand their specifications
- Ability to work carefully with small state of the art surface mount components
- Understand ESD procedures
- Ability to work independently
Compensation/Benefits for the SMT Set-Up Operator
$17.00 an hour
