Full-Time | Year-Round Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Spray Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing lawn treatment applications including fertilization, insect control, and disease management. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering excellent results and customer service.
This is a year-round position, with additional general landscaping duties during the off-season.
Apply liquid and dry lawn treatments for fertilization, weed control, disease control, and insect management.
Safely apply products in compliance with all local and state regulations.
Complete assigned daily service routes independently.
Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and treatments performed.
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain company equipment and spray rig to ensure proper operation.
Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
Perform aeration and seeding services during the fall season.
Follow company safety policies and uphold a professional work environment.
Minimum 1 year of lawn care or related industry experience preferred.
Must obtain or hold C03-HLT certification required by the TDA.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record for company insurance requirements.
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude.
Ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
6:00 AM start times during peak season
Some Saturday work required during busy seasons
Work performed outdoors in various weather conditions
$20.00 $22.00 per hour based on experience
