Salem Boys Auto is a family owned and operated, full service auto repair facility in the Tempe area. We are in search of an experienced Service Advisor that is a team player and a people person!
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Being the first point of contact with the customers via telephone or in person
Preparing written estimates for the recommended services
Monitoring progress of each vehicle
Preparing final invoices in a manner that communicates the repair to the customer
Scheduling, dispatching and tracking the work flow
Setting appointments
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3 years Service Advisor experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards customers and co workers
Current ASE C1 Certification or willing to obtain
Excellent customer service
Professional appearance and great work ethic
Organized and pose excellent attention to detail
Efficient with computer systems, typing and spelling
Be able to use google docs and spread sheets
Ability to multitask
Proactive
