Green Light Cafe is located in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are a small local restaurant, popular for our breakfast burritos. We serve breakfast in the mornings; soups, sandwiches, and salads at lunchtime. Our food is prepared fresh and with care. We offer a welcoming environment to our guests and workers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality.
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks following safety protocols.
- Support sales efforts by recommending products and promoting specials to enhance customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions with precision.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that creates a welcoming environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a food service setting.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
