We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable apprentice to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone who wants to work with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; work alongside experienced service technicians; and build a long-term career. Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with residential and commercial projects
- Help repair and maintain HVAC systems and equipment; including commercial rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, and package units
- Carry tools, materials, and supplies to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow instructions closely and work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Requirements:
- Degree or program certification with mechanical background
- EPA certification not required but is a bonus
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
