What You'll Do
- Greet and check in walk-in clients at the shop
- Answer all inbound calls and book appointments
- Call new leads within minutes of forms coming in (speed matters)
- Follow up with past clients and open quotes
- Build and manage daily routes for our mobile detailing crews — efficient scheduling by area
- Collect payments, send invoices, and chase down unpaid balances
- Keep the CRM (GoHighLevel) updated — leads, notes, bookings, payments
- Send confirmations, reminders, and review requests
Who You Are
- Productive and self-driven — you stay busy without being told what to do
- Comfortable on the phone and asking for the booking
- Organized — you can juggle a calendar, routes, and payments without dropping balls
- Sales, dispatch, or front desk experience is a plus — we train the right person
- Basic computer skills (we'll teach you our CRM)
