The Venue at 109 is seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidate will be a certified leasing professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to support both residents and community operations. This role works closely with the Property Manager, community staff, and residents to maintain high occupancy and deliver an exceptional living experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
- Maintain open, professional communication with management, staff, and residents.
- Protect resident privacy and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- Become familiar with the layout of the community and all apartment homes.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and accurately record necessary information.
- Assist with leasing efforts to maintain acceptable occupancy levels.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Help plan and coordinate resident events.
- Maintain a professional image and conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on the community.
- Follow all community policies, procedures, and Fair Housing laws.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
Qualifications
- Six months of leasing experience preferred; Associates Degree preferred; Certification is a plus.
- Friendly, fast learner, and self‑motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Dependable, honest, courteous, and cooperative.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively with others.
- Commitment to compliance with all governmental regulations, including Fair Housing, environmental, and safety standards.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Saturday availability required)
