The role You're the backbone. You keep the office, the systems, and the paperwork running so our project managers and leadership can move fast. This is operations ownership: organized, on time, nothing dropped.
What you'll own
- The SF office day-to-day — supplies, vendors, equipment, open/close
- Our systems — Monday.com, PandaDoc, Google Workspace, kept clean
- Documents & compliance — contracts, permits, insurance, always current
- Exec & PM support — calendars, scheduling, follow-through
- The details — expenses, invoices, vendor payments, weekly reporting
What you bring
- 3+ years in office management or operations
- Ruthlessly organized, calm under pressure — ten plates spinning, none dropped
- Fast on software and AI tools; CRM experience a plus
- A clear communicator who spots what needs doing and just does it
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
