We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various hand and power tools. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The Technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and adjustments on various vehicle systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter, to assess electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and required services.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.
- Previous experience in a technician role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
