Hijinx is hiring for Attraction Attendant positions. This position requires excellent customer service, organization, and a friendly personality. Desk Attendants process orders and manage reservations; Attraction Attendants facilitate attraction experiences and oversee the game room. Both roles require demonstrating Hijinx's Core Values. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs.; occasionally up to 40 lbs.
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch guest service and remaining attentive to guest needs.
- Interact with guests in-person and over the phone to ensure the best guest experience.
- Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to process orders, payments, and redemption transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report operational issues.
- Place guests on lanes, and manage wait lists and reservations.
- Conduct opening/closing duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
