About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Precision Machining Specialist to join our production team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-tolerance components by mastering Swiss-style lathe operations and ensuring every part meets rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex machining cycles on Swiss-style CNC equipment to achieve precise component specifications.

Proactively manage tool life and perform necessary offsets to maintain consistent part quality throughout production runs.

Interpret technical blueprints and GD&T requirements to ensure accurate manufacturing outcomes.

Conduct thorough quality assessments using advanced metrology tools to verify dimensional integrity.

Optimize machine uptime by identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks during the production process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and satisfy demanding customer specifications.

Document production metrics and maintain a high standard of workplace organization and safety.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating Swiss-style CNC lathes.

Demonstrated proficiency with equipment such as Citizen, Star, or Tsugami systems.

Strong command of precision inspection tools including micrometers and calipers.

Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain production efficiency.

Solid understanding of engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning.

Direct experience performing machine setups and changeovers.

Background in manufacturing components for the aerospace or medical industries.

Working knowledge of CNC programming logic and code editing.
