skilled Commercial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who can manage both the
estimation and project management functions for commercial HVAC projects. This hybrid
role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking a project from initial bid all the way through
completion.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating:
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and RFPs
- Perform material take-offs and equipment selections
- Request and evaluate vendor quotes with our project engineer
- Prepare bids and proposals
Project Management:
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Coordinate with clients, GCs, and field teams
- Track costs, schedules, and change orders
- Ensure safety and quality compliance
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in commercial HVAC estimating/project management
- Strong HVAC system knowledge
- Proficient with Fast Duct estimating software
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
