What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Window Installer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' homes and lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Removing existing windows and preparing openings for new windows.
- Setting new Pella and Provia windows with precision and care.
- Applying interior molding.
- Measuring, bending, and hanging exterior trim. Caulking to exterior trim.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive interaction with clients.
- Working safely and efficiently, including lifting heavy windows and working on extension ladders.
Who You Are:
We're looking for skilled installers who bring at least 3 years of experience in window installation. You should be tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about delivering outstanding workmanship.
