Next Modular is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support company leadership (CEO) and assist with day-to-day administrative functions as needed.

- Assist with general office administration
- Coordinate conference room scheduling
- Maintain company records and filing systems
- Manage CEO calendar and scheduling
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Track action items and follow-up commitments
- Draft routine emails and correspondence
- Assist with report preparation
- Organize documents and meeting materials
- Follow up on customer requests
- Schedule customer meetings and calls
- Request documents from customers and vendors
- Maintain communication logs
- Assist with warranty and service coordination
- Ensure customer inquiries are routed appropriately
- Schedule interviews with potential employees
- Coordinate potential employee candidate communications
- Maintain applicant records
- Assist with onboarding activities
- Collect required hiring documentation
- Request and organize subcontractor documents
- Maintain Buildertrend project records
- Upload and organize project documents
- Track outstanding administrative items
- Assist with project file organization
- Assist with internal process documentation
- Other tasks if/as needed

Qualifications Required:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication + typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong follow-up habits

- Administrative assistant experience
- Construction industry experience
- QuickBooks familiarity

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated organizational ability.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
