We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventive & scheduled maintenance on production & facility equipment. We offer a clean, safe work environment offering a family atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
-Performs maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools and building
-Repair of woodworking machinery, CNC's, sanding machines, paint line & pumps, forklift, etc
-Use of hand tools, drills, saws, grinders and welder
-Operation of scissor lift & forklift
-Will be critical member of the Emergency Action Committee
-Read & interpret equipment manuals
-Contact & schedules vendors for necessary repairs when necessary
-CNC Programming
-Comply with established safety policies & procedures-Maintain maintenance shop & supplies

Job Requirements:
-Must have good mechanical & problem solving skills
-Good communication skills & time management
-Must have CNC programming knowledge
-Working knowledge of hazardous material handling procedures
-Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams & operating manuals
-Ability to identify safety issues
-Minimum 5 years experience required
-Must maintain a clean, safe work environment
-Basic welding skills
-Familiar w/computers-Microsoft preferred
-Ability to lift 50 lbs, and must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel & stoop
-Woodworking maintenance required
-Solid electrical experience a must
-Must have PLC knowledge
-Must be motivated and ability to work independantly
