Five Guys in Salina (near Lowe's and Target) is hiring full-time and part-time crew members. You will earn a base pay of $11.00 to $12.00/hr plus customer tips and weekly bonuses.

You will actively rotate through every kitchen and service station, prepping never-frozen ingredients and cooking meals to order. This is a fast-moving, on-your-feet position that offers a clear internal promotion track to shift lead and management roles.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
- Reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Scheduling flexibility across day and evening shifts.
Your Shift Responsibilities
- Rotate through all kitchen and service stations during your training and daily shifts.
- Process customer transactions and handle cash accurately at the register.
- Prepare fresh ingredients daily to cook signature burgers and fries to order.
- Maintain a clean and fully stocked dining area, kitchen, and prep station.
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep orders accurate during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure high-quality output.
