Leadership Opportunity | 25–40 Hours Per Week
The Exchange Barbershop & Lounge is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Operations Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our upscale barbershop, cocktail lounge, and event venue.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the owner to ensure the business operates efficiently while helping our team stay organized, productive, and accountable.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operation of the business
- Supervise the Front Desk Supervisor and bartenders
- Create weekly staff schedules (owner approval required)
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed
- Verify cash handling and assist with bank deposits
- Monitor company email and respond to business inquiries
- Coordinate hiring, interviews, and onboarding
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Oversee venue operations and special events
- Review inventory reports and operational performance
- Provide regular communication and weekly reports to the owner
- Run occasional business errands and assist with special projects

Qualifications
- Management or leadership experience preferred

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Part-Time or Full Time (25–40 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
